1. Information We Collect

Vexm collects account information (name, email address, password hash) and custom domain DNS configuration records necessary to deliver our inbound mail hosting service.

2. Processing of Inbound Mail

Emails received by your configured custom domains are processed through our Amazon SES receiving pipeline. Raw email files and attachments are stored in private object storage strictly under your account's isolated storage namespace. We do not sell email content, train AI models on user emails, or share mail data with third parties.

3. Retention and Deletion

Inbound messages and attachments are retained based on your account plan retention limit (30 to 365 days). When you delete an email or delete a domain, the corresponding metadata and storage objects are purged permanently.
